All services are performed by a licensed esthetician. We do not provide medical advice or treatment.
Client Responsibility & Health Disclosure
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete information about their health, allergies, medications, and skin conditions prior to receiving services. This includes completing any intake or consent forms truthfully.
By booking a service, you confirm that:
You have disclosed all relevant skin sensitivities, allergies, or medical conditions.
You will inform the provider of any changes in your health before subsequent treatments.
You understand that results vary based on skin type, condition, and individual response.
We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may compromise your safety or if health disclosures are incomplete or misleading.
Not Medical Advice
West Coast Radiance LLC is not a medical facility. The information provided during services or consultations is not intended to replace advice or treatment from a licensed medical professional.
Nothing we provide is to be construed as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Potential Reactions
While we use professional-grade products with care, some individuals may experience temporary or unexpected reactions. These may include, but are not limited to:
Redness or sensitivity
Minor swelling or irritation

Dryness, flaking, or peeling
Allergic reactions (itching, rash, or hives)
Reactions vary depending on individual skin type, current products or medications, and adherence to aftercare instructions. By booking a service, you acknowledge these potential risks and agree to notify your provider of any known allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to treatment.
Retail Product Reactions
We carefully select the retail products we carry, but every individual’s skin may respond differently. Possible reactions can include redness, sensitivity, irritation, or allergic response.
Please note:
All retail products are sold in their original, sealed packaging from the manufacturer.
We do not alter, re-box, or modify products in any way.
As such, the manufacturer is responsible for product formulation and safety. Any concerns or adverse reactions should be directed to the manufacturer as indicated on the product packaging.
We are happy to provide guidance on product use, but we are not liable for reactions that may occur. Clients are encouraged to review ingredient lists carefully and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Appointment Policy
Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Missed or late-canceled appointments may result in a fee or forfeited deposit. Please review our cancellation policy for all information.
Late Arrivals: Arriving late may shorten your service time to avoid delaying the next client.
No-Shows: Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments at our discretion for reasons including illness, emergencies, or weather.
Refund & Satisfaction Policy
Due to the nature of our services, all service sales are final. We do not offer refunds for services rendered. However, if you are unsatisfied with your experience, we encourage you to contact us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can address your concerns.
Refunds for product purchases may be available at our discretion and only for unopened, unused items returned within 7 days of purchase.

Age Requirement
Clients under 16 must have a parent or legal guardian present for the consultation and sign a consent form before receiving any service. Certain treatments may be limited to clients 18+.
Payment & Pricing
All prices are subject to change without notice. Services must be paid in full at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
We accept credit, debit, cash, and Apple Pay. Returned or disputed payments may result in service refusal until resolved.
Liability Waiver
By receiving services from West Coast Radiance LLC, you:

Photography & Marketing Consent
With your permission, we may take photos of your results for portfolio or marketing use (e.g., social media, website, or promotional materials). No personally identifying information will be shared without your written consent.
You may decline this at any time, and we will always respect your privacy.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including branding, logos, images, written materials, and designs, is the property of West Coast Radiance LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission.
Code of Conduct
We strive to create a respectful, safe, and inclusive space for all clients. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior toward the service provider or other clients will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of services.
Force Majeure
West Coast Radiance LLC shall not be liable for delays or failure in performance due to causes beyond our control, such as acts of nature, pandemics, power outages, or third-party service disruptions.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any disputes arising out of or related to your use of our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ada County, Idaho.
