If your last hair removal method was shaving, hair must be at least 1/4 inch.

If your last hair removal method was waxing, hair must be at least 1/8 inch.

Do not shave between wax appointments (it alters your growth pattern and will make wax removal more patchy)

Exfoliate 24-48 hours before appointment (do not do it day of, we’d rather you forget than irritate your skin right before)

Do not use any retinol or AHAs/BHAs in area to be waxed within 3 days before appointment.

You MUST be off of Accutane for 1 year before appointment. Accutane thins your skin and you do not want to risk that.

If possible, avoid any oil/lotion in area to be waxed, day of.

If a returning client, please update your esthetician of any medical/lifestyle changes (things you may not think about can change wax outcome)

Ask any and all questions whether its before or at your appointment! Nothing is TMI when it comes to waxing.
